Our History

From humble beginnings, Roger Young began trading from his father's farm in Bolventor, repairing Land Rovers and farm machinery. In 1984, Roger was awarded the Land Rover franchise for Defender and quickly became the country's best dealer of the model. Building on a strong reputation for honesty and integrity, the business began to grow rapidly and was moved to larger premises at Saltash, Cornwall in 1992 where Roger Young became a main retailer for the full Land Rover line-up. The dealership continued to grow to become one of the most successful businesses in the Land Rover network, collecting multiple awards over the years for customer satisfaction and vehicle sales.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including new and used vehicle sales, servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Our Approved Body Shop is equipped with state-of-the-art spray booths and body repair facilities, capable of repairing any make of vehicle to the highest standard. Our Fabrication Centre offers a range of quality aluminium fabrications, including Standard Canopies, Tipper Conversions, and completely Bespoke Workstations. We also provide a parts shop, where customers can purchase genuine parts and accessories for their vehicles.

We offer a wide range of models, including the Land Rover Range Rover, Jaguar F-PACE, Isuzu D-MAX, and Suzuki Swift. We have received numerous awards and recognition for our exceptional customer service and sales performance. In 2022, we were awarded Isuzu Dealer of the Year, Parts Dealer of the Year, and Regional Dealer of the Year. We were also awarded 2nd place for Customer Experience Retailer of the Year for our Land Rover dealership and 3rd place for our Jaguar dealership.
